Frequently asked questions

How long until I see results?

Count on 3 weeks for the first signs: lashes strengthened at the root, that shed less. Length becomes visible around 1.5 months. Full results peak at 3 months — a complete lash cycle. 82% of volunteers in our clinical study saw visible results from the first month. Consistency matters more than the amount applied: one application each evening is enough.

How do I apply the serum?

In the evening, on a perfectly make-up-free and dry eyelid, draw a thin line at the root of the upper lashes, like an eyeliner. You can do the same on the lower lashes. Let it dry for a few seconds before going to bed. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before applying and wait 15 minutes.

Does the serum stain the eyelid?

No. Eyelid pigmentation is a side effect linked to prostaglandins, which our formula does not contain. In our clinical study conducted under ophthalmological control, no change to the eyelid skin was observed, and no redness.

What happens if I stop using the serum?

When you stop, your lashes gradually return to their natural state — without sudden shedding, unlike hormonal serums. Our study is based on daily use without interruption: that is the rhythm our results were measured on, and the one we recommend to maintain what you have achieved.

Should I take a break between serum treatments?

On average, lashes renew every 3 months. Older lashes shed naturally to make room for new ones. Regular use gives the best result. No pause is needed. A lash lives two to three months: it grows, stabilizes, then falls to make way for the next. Continuous use supports each new cycle — that is what delivers the best result.

Is it suitable for sensitive eyes?

Yes. The formula contains no added fragrance and no hormone. In our clinical study conducted under ophthalmological control, the serum was very well tolerated by 100% of volunteers, with no ocular irritation. It is also suitable for contact-lens wearers.
